Automate Tasks and Connect Tools

Help me make several tools work together.

Move information, trigger actions, coordinate services or agents, and preserve approval, provenance, and recovery across a workflow.

A successful run is not enough. The useful demonstration is often the safe stop: a tool fails, the workflow reports what happened, and the human decides what comes next.

What this can include

  • Move information between applications and data stores.
  • Trigger, schedule, or repeat actions.
  • Allow AI to use explicitly approved tools.
  • Coordinate several specialized agents or models.
  • Create reusable instructions, templates, and skills.
  • Add human approvals, logs, retries, recovery, and access limits.
01

See It

Watch a three-step workflow move harmless sample data and stop for approval.

02

Try It

Modify a prepared automation, inspect permissions, and recover from an intentional failure.

03

Build It

Design a production workflow with credentials, least privilege, idempotency, retries, observability, human gates, and rollback.

Find current tools and prices

Product names, access, plans, and limits change. Copy this prompt into an assistant with current web access.

I want to connect several tools into an approval-gated workflow with current connector costs, least privilege, logs, failure recovery, and clear human authority for a curiosity event or learning project. Find useful tools that are available today. Assume I may not be technically experienced. Prefer official product, documentation, and pricing pages. For each tool include a plain-language description, the easiest first step, access method, required account or installation, free plan or trial, current consumer subscription price, current API or credit cost, important limits, privacy and data-use considerations, output ownership, and direct official links. Separate subscriptions from usage pricing. Show United States dollar prices, state the date checked, label anything unconfirmed instead of guessing, and remind me to verify the official pricing page before spending money.

Trust boundary

Human judgment remains in charge.

Automation amplifies both good and bad decisions. Default to reversible, logged, least-privilege actions with a person at consequential gates.
