Crossing Fields.

The map is the rules.
Each coloured loop is a field. Inside means its effect applies; an overlap combines the effects. Your ship moves between regions sharing a stretch of border. Touching at a crossing does not count.
- Select a highlighted neighbouring region, or use its route button.
- Check the destination forecast. Set your radiation shield before committing.
- Recover two capsules by entering their regions, then return to the dock.
- At a relay, you can switch an entire field on or off. Every move, wait, or relay command takes one turn.
Shield use adds 1 energy per turn. Radiation causes 2 hull damage when unshielded. Power adds 3 energy after your action. In Deep Field, gravity adds 1 energy to entering its loop; concealment stops the drone tracking you, and communications reveals its predicted route. The drone moves twice when it starts a turn in an active power field. Dock service restores energy and hull when you wait there.
Objects sharing a region fan out into a linked group. Its anchor dot marks their shared region. Capsules are collected automatically on arrival; drones, relays, and the dock can remain alongside your ship.
Turn-based: nothing moves while you think. Undo is available while learning. Progress stays in this open page.
Mission log Awaiting your first crossing
First crossing: enter the power field to recharge. The dock is outside every loop.
