Capstone 01 · Harbor Coffee
Recreate the whiteboard.
Build from the story, inspect your assumptions, then revise when the story changes.
Our question
How do orders reach customers, and where does the wait occur?
Fictional teaching records. Start with a purpose; the starter sketch includes assumptions for you to inspect.
The diagram follows your choices below. Named connections are also listed in text.

04 / Inspect the revision
What changed, and why?
No evidence-linked revision yet. Read the new fact, inspect your model, and make or validate a change.
Undo restores the model and its evidence state together.
05 / Carry a question forward
What would you ask next?
Kept in this tab when storage is available. Nothing you write here is sent to an AI.

Exercise progress: unstarted
Sort the cards, inspect the evidence, revise the model, and choose a next question.
One reasonable model
One Person can be Employee and Customer. An Order contains multiple Products, directly or through Order Items. It can have multiple Handoffs, each with a time and items included. Ask whether waiting ends at the first or final handoff.
Reading this example is exploration. Your exercise only counts as completed after your own evidence-linked revision.
