Review AI-assisted work before it reaches a client or becomes part of an operating process. Bring human judgment to accuracy, clarity, safety, and fitness for purpose.
What you will do
Test outputs against source material and acceptance criteria, identify unsupported claims and missed edge cases, and document findings so the team can reproduce, correct, and learn from them.
What helps
Careful reading, disciplined skepticism, clear writing, and patience with repeated checks. Experience in quality assurance, editorial review, operations, compliance, or research is useful.
02 Researcher
Focus
Turn complicated questions into evidence people can examine and use. Follow the connections across technology, operations, organizations, and the people affected by them.
What you will do
Find authoritative sources, compare competing claims, trace ideas to their origins, maintain clear notes and citations, and surface uncertainty before it hardens into a decision.
What helps
Curiosity paired with source discipline. You can explain technical material in plain language, notice hidden assumptions, and look for voices or evidence the first account leaves out.
03 DevOps
Focus
Build and maintain delivery systems that help a small team ship safely, see what changed, and recover when something fails.
What you will do
Improve continuous integration and delivery, infrastructure configuration, observability, backups, rollback paths, and runbooks. Reduce repetitive work without hiding the controls people need when the system is under pressure.
What helps
Hands-on experience with Cloudflare, GitHub Actions, Linux, and Node-based tooling. You value small changes, clear evidence, recoverable operations, and systems another person can understand.
