AI agent setup and configuration
Configure GrokBot, OpenClaw, or Hermes for one proof of concept, or extend an existing setup through a separately scoped piece of work.
Renaissance Solutions helps organizations set up or extend an AI agent around agreed use cases, access, human oversight, costs, recovery, success criteria, and ownership.
Potential clients
This service is for organizations that have identified a practical use for an AI agent but need help turning the idea into a controlled proof of concept. They want to learn what the agent can support without giving it unclear authority or leaving its operation dependent on one person.
What we help you do
Initial proof of concept. We configure GrokBot, OpenClaw, or Hermes for one agreed use case. Together, we define what the agent may access, which actions require human review, how costs will be observed, what happens when the agent fails or behaves unexpectedly, and which evidence will show whether the proof of concept is useful.
Additional configuration. We review an existing setup and agree on further workflows, integrations, or refinements. This work has its own scope, evaluation criteria, and handover, whether we configured the original agent or you bring an established setup.
What you leave with
You receive the agreed configuration or extensions, a record of access and oversight decisions, test criteria and results, cost and recovery guidance, and a handover that explains how to operate, pause, and review the agent. The exact artifacts depend on the selected platform and use case.
How an engagement begins
For an initial setup, we choose one proof-of-concept use case and name its owner. For additional configuration, we review the existing setup, what has been learned, and the proposed change. In either case, we agree on access, human checkpoints, acceptable costs, recovery steps, evaluation criteria, and what the client needs for handover.
Ways to engage
What this isn't
This is not an open-ended agent program or a promise that one configuration will suit every workflow. Additional configuration is a separate engagement from the initial setup. Ongoing operation is agreed separately.
