How the work proceeds
We establish a recurring working cadence around the decisions ahead. We examine options, dependencies, consequences, and evidence; maintain a view of priorities; and record the reasoning needed for leaders and teams to act with continuity.
What you leave with
You can leave each advisory cycle with an updated technology roadmap, clearly framed options, and decision records that preserve context, ownership, and the next action.
Your part in the work
Your organization retains decision and execution authority. You provide business context, identify the people who own decisions, bring material changes into the conversation, and decide which recommendations to adopt.
Boundaries
This is an advisory role with the cadence and capacity defined in the proposal. It does not transfer executive authority or include implementation. Any implementation or additional delivery is a separate engagement.
