Explore it yourself
Use a free assessment, prepare a brief, or take stock of what you already know. No contact details, account, payment, or chatbot are required to begin. Self-guided results are not RS-reviewed.

Report and follow-up
Choose a question for an RS review, a written report with recommendations, and an included one-hour follow-up call to discuss the report and answer your questions. We agree on the actual question and supporting material before you pay.

Design and planning
Work through the evidence and decisions to a usable design and implementation plan. This can be the complete engagement. Scope and price are agreed before work begins, and implementation is available under a separate agreement.
Report and follow-up
What would you like help answering?
Choose the question you want help answering. Each review includes a written report with findings and recommendations, plus a one-hour follow-up call to discuss the report and answer your questions.
Before you pay, we confirm the question, the material we will review, and what the work will cover. You will know the agreed price before committing. For Other, we define a useful question and scope before quoting.
If you need further investigation, design, training, or implementation, we can agree on that work and its price separately. You can also take the recommendations forward yourself or with another provider.
The report identifies the evidence reviewed, strengths, findings, uncertainty, options, and recommended next steps. Supporting questions can serve the same decision; choosing one question is a scope boundary, not a literal limit on the questions you may ask about your report.
Free starting points
Use an assessment when it fits the need. A workshop or communication project does not require a technical assessment.
- Learning or a workshop: identify who needs to do what, their current experience, where they encounter difficulty, and how they will apply what they learn.
- Communication: identify the audience, the intended effect, existing messages or material, and the difficulty you have observed.
- Existing work: note what you already have, what it tells you, and what has changed since it was prepared.
Prepare a brief using these prompts. You can review and copy it without supplying contact details; sending it to us is a separate choice.

Your assessment or brief supplies context. We identify which evidence we reviewed and what remains unverified. A review may recommend gathering more information, deferring a decision, or making no new technology purchase.
Before sharing assessment results with a chatbot, check your organization's sharing rules and the tool you plan to use. Remove information it does not need, especially confidential or personal details. You can work with a redacted or fictional example instead. Prompt instructions cannot reverse information you have already disclosed.
Companion prompts are optional. Use them only where the resource provides one, after checking what you are sharing.

Companion prompts are optional. A prompt is not available here yet; you can use the preparation guidance and brief without a chatbot.

You do not need to choose a listed question if it does not fit. Use Other to tell us what you want to understand or decide, or prepare a brief at your own pace.
